We’re seeking a Technology & Innovation Associate to serve as the trusted #2 to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines IT infrastructure management, tech support, and the chance to contribute to AI and automation initiatives across the agency.
This role is perfect for a motivated, tech-savvy self-starter who wants to grow into a leadership position by learning directly from the CTO. You’ll manage day-to-day tech operations, help drive innovation projects, and ensure that the agency’s systems run smoothly and securely.
Location:
New York City, NY – On-site (4 days/week) with bi-monthly travel to Philadelphia

Location:
New York City, NY – On-site (4 days/week) with bi-monthly travel to Philadelphia
Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
IT & Technology Operations- Manage and maintain AV solutions (hardware, software, and firmware updates).
- Administer and maintain the local network (firewall, access points, ISP hardware).
- Provide tech onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Monitor and maintain cloud and on-premises backups.
- Maintain cybersecurity scorecards and track remediation actions.
- Provide time-sensitive direct tech support for managing partners in the NYC office.
- Assist with on-site client meetings to ensure tech readiness.
- Maintain inventories for enterprise assets, user accounts and access, data classifications, and software licenses.
- Maintain audit logs for critical systems to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Curate and contribute to the company’s knowledge base, documenting processes, best practices, and tech standards.
- Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage projects and handle escalated support tickets.
AI & Innovation Support
- Serve as a member of the AI & Automation Task Force, identifying and deploying tools to streamline operations.
- Partner with the CTO to lead agency-wide technology implementations.
Technical Environment:
- We are a Mac-first agency, but proficiency in Windows environments is required as well.
- Exposure to cloud services, SaaS platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Networking, cybersecurity, and AV technology management.
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
- Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to solve problems.
- Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support senior executives and staff.
- Based in New York City, with the ability to work on-site 4 days per week.
- Willing to travel to the Philadelphia office twice per month (1-day trips, travel reimbursed).
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in small office IT operations or tech generalist roles.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow scripting.
- Exposure to IT security best practices and audit processes.
- Prior work in startup or creative agency environments.
