Job Summary
The Supervisor, Integrated Strategy will collaborate with the SVP, Integrated Strategy, and their division/hub lead on overseeing day-to-day strategic execution and ensure initiatives tie back to measurable business goals and outcomes across brand, media, and omnichannel strategies. The ideal candidate will also support crafting strategic solutions and presenting recommendations that solve client’s brand, engagement, and business growth. This includes, but is not limited to: shaping strategic direction, defining key journeys, guiding creative development and new business efforts cross-functionally.

Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
Brand / Engagement Strategy: Have and continue to develop a strong understanding of client brands and the consumer journey, applying insights to support strategies that enhance brand and customer experiences under senior guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, digital, and analytics teams to bring strategies to life, contributing to briefs, POVs, and presentations that support overall strategic and creative direction.
Competitive & Experience Intelligence: Track competitors, cultural trends, and industry developments, synthesizing findings into actionable insights that identify experience gaps and opportunities for brand engagement.
Audience Insight & Journey Mapping: Support the definition of audience segments and customer journeys, helping map key touchpoints and moments that inform experience and communications planning.
Brand Development: Contribute to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with experience and communications strategies.
Analytics & Optimization: Collaborate with analytics partners to help define KPIs, review performance, and identify optimization opportunities across brand and experience initiatives.
Communications & Tactical Planning: Assist in the development and management of communications calendars, tactical programs, and omnichannel content plans that align with brand and user experience goals.
Facilitation & Workshops: Support and occasionally lead internal working sessions and client meetings, helping align teams, document outcomes, and move work forward efficiently.
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
4+ years in a strategy role.
At least 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including one product launch or label update.
Ability to manage day-to-day work and deliverables across multiple clients with managerial oversight, escalating thoughtfully and maintaining momentum.
Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas, insights, and recommendations in presentations and discussions.
Ability to synthesize information and contribute clear, actionable recommendations, with guidance from senior team members when needed.
Working knowledge of market research methodologies and data analytics tools, with the ability to interpret findings and apply them to strategy development.
Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives, with working expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Relationship management (RM, CRM, PRM)
Content strategy
UX/UI
Engagement/media planning
Omnichannel planning
Social media strategy
SEO/SEM
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, optimization, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a curiosity for new ideas, platforms, and innovative approaches.
