Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Associate Director of Analytics & Search to lead performance measurement, SEO, and paid search initiatives across healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. This role owns the full analytics lifecycle—from setting KPIs and building dashboards to translating insights into meaningful optimizations.
In addition to core responsibilities in digital analytics, this role leads both organic and paid search strategy, ensuring our brand and content experiences are discoverable, relevant, and measurable across channels. You’ll collaborate with UX, content, media, and strategy teams to connect data with business outcomes—bringing together measurement, targeting, and AI-driven search innovation.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about applying data to solve complex marketing challenges—and shaping how we reach HCPs and patients in smarter, more personalized ways.

Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)

Analytics Strategy and Execution
  • Develop measurement plans, KPIs, and tagging strategies aligned with brand goals and privacy standards.
  • Lead analytics across web, CRM, and media platforms, delivering clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain dashboards and monthly reporting to support campaign optimization and performance tracking.
Search Optimization and AI-Enhanced Discovery
  • Own SEO strategy for HCP and patient websites, including audits, keyword research, and optimization.
  • Stay current on AI-driven search trends (e.g., Google SGE) to inform organic strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX and content teams to align messaging with search behavior and metadata requirements.
Paid Search Strategy and Performance
  • Support paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, optimizing keyword strategy and audience targeting.
  • Analyze paid performance and recommend testing and budget allocation strategies.
  • Align messaging and landing page content to maximize ad relevance and ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Client Leadership
  • Serve as analytics and search lead on key accounts, presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with Media, Creative, and MarTech teams to integrate performance data into omnichannel strategy.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics innovation and automation efforts.
