Social & Influencer Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social & Influencer Coordinator to join our growing social team, within the Cobalt division. This role supports the development and execution of social media strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support client business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on social media professional who is proactive, organized, and passionate about leveraging digital channels to deliver measurable results in the pharmaceutical, health, and wellness industry.
The Coordinator will collaborate closely with senior team members across creative, strategy, and account management to bring social ideas to life—from content planning and community management to reporting and optimization.

Social & Influencer Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social & Influencer Coordinator to join our growing social team, within the Cobalt division. This role supports the development and execution of social media strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support client business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on social media professional who is proactive, organized, and passionate about leveraging digital channels to deliver measurable results in the pharmaceutical, health, and wellness industry.
The Coordinator will collaborate closely with senior team members across creative, strategy, and account management to bring social ideas to life—from content planning and community management to reporting and optimization.
Principal Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
Content Execution & Publishing
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure all posts meet brand guidelines, platform best practices, and quality standards
- Conduct quality assurance checks for captions, links, tags, and creative assets before publishing
- Assist in maintaining and updating content calendars
- Help traffic assets to paid media agency partners
Content & Creative Support
- Collaborate with VP of Social & Influencer to develop social strategy recommendations for clients
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to gather necessary assets
- Support short-form video execution and light content creation when needed
- Stay informed on platform updates and social trends
- Maintain awareness of FDA, FTC, and industry-specific regulations related to social and influencer communications
Reporting & Analytics
- Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics
- Assist in compiling reports and summarizing basic performance insights
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and click-through rates
Administrative & Team Support
- Help maintain & build creative asset library
- Support influencer outreach tracking and campaign coordination
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for content and campaigns
- Support campaign launches and promotional initiatives
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications (prior internship experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major platforms and new entrants to the social media space
- Desire to execute and manage social media & influencer campaigns across channels
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with an array of deadlines
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to be client-facing, and when required, lead presentations
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other highly regulated spaces
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Applicant must be able to work 40 hours per week during regular ET zone business hours
